Actiph Water Competition and Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

 

1 - The promoter is: Actiph Water Ltd (company no. SC505074), whose registered office is at 107 George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3ES, United Kingdom, unless otherwise stated (e.g. a competition hosted on an Actiph Water partner's social channels or website).

 

2 - The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Actiph Water Ltd and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

 

3 - There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

 

4 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

5 - Route to entry is as follows:

5.1 - For Actiph Water's own competition is via email sign up on https://actiphwater.com/pages/actiph-water-x-deadpool-and-wolverine and/or via Actiph Water’s Instagram page (@ActiphWater). Details of how to enter via email sign up can be found at https://actiphwater.com/pages/actiph-water-x-deadpool-and-wolverine.

5.2 - Details of how to enter via Instagram can be found on relevant competition posts on Actiph Water’s Instagram page.

5.3 - Details on how to enter a partner's competition can be found on their relevant competition posts on their social channels, or on their relevant web pages.

 

6 - Multiple entries via Instagram from the same person will not be counted: e.g. commenting on more than one competition post or on the same post multiple times will not result in additional entries. Multiple entries via email sign up will not be counted: e.g. each email address entered can and will only be recorded once. Entry via both routes is permitted: e.g. an entrant can sign up via email AND enter via relevant Instagram posts.

 

7 - Closing date for entry will be 00:00 on 26th of August 2024. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. For partner competition closing dates, see the relevant social post or web page.

 

8 - No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

 

9 - The rules of Actiph Water hosted competitions and how to enter are as follows:

           

9a - Email entry: entrants must enter their email address in the specified box on https://actiphwater.com/pages/actiph-water-x-deadpool-and-wolverine. Entering an email address into this box will place said address in an exclusive mailing segment from which winners can be drawn. By entering, entrants are agreeing to receive marketing emails from Actiph Water. Entrants can opt out of these emails at any time without affecting their entry into the competition.

           

9b - Instagram entry: entrants must 1) follow @ActiphWater on Instagram at the point at which winners are drawn, 2) follow specific instructions relating to the specific competition post, e.g. tag 3 others using those individuals’ Instagram handles.

 

Partner competition rules will be available on their relevant web page or social channels.

 

10 - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

 

11 - The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

 

12 - The prizes available for Actiph Water hosted competitions are as follows:

Primary competition, hosted on ActiphWater.com:

  • A UK day out for 4 adults to a virtual reality experience, followed by dinner at a Mexican restaurant.
  • 5 x Deadpool goody bags
  • 2 x year’s supply of Actiph Water
  • 100 x £5 vouchers for use on ActiphWater.com
  • 50 x £10 vouchers for use on ActiphWater.com
  • 20 x £25 vouchers for use on ActiphWater.com
  • 10 x £50 vouchers for use on ActiphWater.com

Social competitions, hosted on Instagram and/or Facebook:

Prizes will vary between competitions. Some representative prizes include: a free case of Actiph Water, 3 month's worth of Actiph Water. Refer to the relevant post on social media for specific prizes available.

 

Prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 

Prizes offered through partner competitions will vary and will be detailed on relevant partner web pages or social channels.

 

13 - Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

 

14 - Winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If winners cannot be contacted or do not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

 

15 - The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

 

16 - The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

17 - By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

18 - The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

 

19 - The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 

20 - The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: hello@actiphwater.com, or by contacting the relevant partner in the case of a partner competition.

 

21 - Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

22 - This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Klaviyo, Meta or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Actiph Water and not to any other party. 23 - The Walt Disney Company and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of the prize package, competition, contest or sweepstakes.

 



Thirsty Thursday Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

 

Eligibility:

  • The Thirsty Thursday Instagram Giveaways (the "Giveaway") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have a valid Instagram account, and reside in the UK.

Entry Period:

  • The Giveaway entry period begins at the time of posting each Thursday and ends at 22:59 on the following Sunday (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received within the Entry Period to be eligible.

How to Enter:

  • To enter the Giveaway, participants must follow @actiphwater and follow the individual entry requirements mentioned in the copy. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Prizes:

  • Each Thirsty Thursday Giveaway will have different prizes, as specified in the corresponding Instagram post.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

 

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
  • Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of the end of the Entry Period.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, Actiph Water reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Claiming the Prize:

  • Winners must provide a valid shipping address within the United Kingdom to claim their prize unless a discount code or voucher prize is offered.
  • Prizes will be shipped at no cost to the winners. Delivery times may vary.

Publicity:

  • By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow Actiph Water to use their Instagram handle and any content submitted as part of the entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification:

  • Actiph Water reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

General Conditions:

  • Actiph Water reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Actiph Water's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
  • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, you release Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this Giveaway.

Governing Law:

  • The Giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
