Competition and Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. PROMOTER

The promoter is Actiph Water Ltd (“Actiph”), registered in the United Kingdom.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Actiph Water Ltd, WHSmith, HYROX, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 Actiph reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and eligibility.

  1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

3.1 The promotion opens at 00:01 on 1 April 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 17 May 2026.

3.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

4.1 To enter, participants must:

  • Purchase any bottle of Actiph Water from a participating WHSmith store during the promotional period.

  • Retain their itemised receipt as proof of purchase.

  • Visit the competition landing page via QR code or URL.

  • Complete the online entry form and upload a clear image of their valid receipt.

  1. No purchase necessary entries are not available for this promotion.


  1. PROOF OF PURCHASE

5.1 The receipt must clearly display:

  • Purchase of a qualifying Actiph Water product

  • Store name

  • Date of purchase within the promotional period

5.2 Each receipt may only be used once.

  1. Illegible, altered, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions will be disqualified.


6.  ENTRY LIMITS

6.1 One entry per valid receipt.

  1. Multiple entries are permitted with separate valid receipts.


7.  THE PRIZE

7.1 One (1) winner will receive one (1) general admission “Singles” ticket to a HYROX event of their choice during the 2026 season, subject to availability.

7.2 The prize covers event entry only.

7.3 Travel, accommodation, insurance, equipment, and any additional expenses are not included.

7.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative will be offered.

7.5 If the selected event is sold out, the winner must choose an alternative event.


8.0 WINNER SELECTION

8.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.

8.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.


9.0 WINNER NOTIFICATION

9.1 The winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within 7 days of the draw.

9.2 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Actiph reserves the right to select an alternative winner.


10. PUBLICITY

10.1 The winner may be requested to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion, with their consent.


11. DATA PROTECTION

11.1 Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed for the purposes of administering the competition, unless the entrant has opted in to receive marketing communications.

11.2 All personal data will be handled in accordance with Actiph’s Privacy Policy.

 

12. GENERAL

12.1 Actiph reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or tampers with the entry process.

12.2 Actiph accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted due to technical issues or otherwise.

12.3 Actiph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12.4 The decision of Actiph is final and binding in all matters relating to the promotion.
