ACTIPH Water is Europe’s first and highest alkaline ionised bottled water; through a unique ionisation process, purified spring water and a proprietary blend of electrolytes are supercharged creating a powerful antioxidant with a pH of 9.8. ACTIPH aims to inspire and energise, enabling people to live life to the fullest, setting them up to make the most of every day.

The Role

ACTIPH Water is currently looking for a motivated individual who can take responsibility for several marketing, operational and business development opportunities. Within this fast-growing and high-energy environment, you will be involved in lots of fun sporting events where you can invite your friends and family to take party with you. The role is essentially a spin on a start-up grad scheme offering experience in all business functions.

These include but are not limited to:

Marketing responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Manager with the organisation of events, exhibitions, trade shows and sampling (trade & public) from scope to post event analytics, this will include the organisation of our own event and maximisation of ongoing events such as Turf Games, Spartan and Run Through
  • Manage day to day social media planning and execution including the building of social campaign ads and competitions
  • Support on all digital marketing including Google Ads, SEO, WordPress, Adobe design suite etc.
  • Manage customer service and social engagement
  • Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature – you will write articles and contact relevant editors with said press releases
  • Support on various large-scale campaigns including TFL advertising
  • Contact influencers driving social awareness
  • Attend relevant events, conferences and courses
  • Carry out market research and present findings
  • Assist in the planning of our monthly marketing filming day carried out by our videography team and help direct the videos
  • Ad hock marketing including applying for awards

Business Development responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts
  • Win new business
  • Support with shopper marketing including building relationships with our current accounts and setting up POS within supermarkets such as Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons
  • Support the sales team on any ad hock marketing support required including presentations, bespoke marketing materials for their accounts,
  • Assist with the promotional calendar and support on maximising accounts
  • Sell the product to buyers at tradeshows and consumers at consumer events
  • Cold call potential businesses on behalf of ACTIPH and sell the product

Operational responsibilities:

  • Support the COO with orders and operational planning
  • Manage delivery requests
  • Ad hock operational support ass required


ACTIPH Water are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who’s keen to develop skill sets across several business functions in a high growth start up. The ideal candidate will have an events, marketing, or business degree/experience in a similar background. You must be confident and personable and have an avid passion for all things marketing and branding. You will constantly be dealing with different stakeholders within your role so excellent written and spoken communication skills are paramount. With the nature of a fast growing start up, the ideal candidate will be organised, driven and show initiative as you will be given responsibilities to own from the start.

Additional benefits: driving licence would be good as you will occasionally be driving our branded van to stores, drop samples off in London and set up for events.
